You can request deletion of your Hero Stuff account using either of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
Open the Hero Stuff app.
Tap Your Stuff.
Tap your profile icon.
Scroll down and select Delete your account.
Confirm the deletion request.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you’re unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Send the request from the same email address you used to sign up
Include a short message asking for account deletion
What happens next
Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion after verification.
Some information may be retained temporarily if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
